Fee Structure
Our fees are negotiable, according to the circumstances of each case, but will always be agreed in advance and set out clearly in our engagement letter.
Fees for open ended assignments will normall fall within the following ranges.

It is our normal practice to ask for money on account of fees for assignments to be carried out outside the UK. Subject to that, time based fees will be invoiced monthly and are payable within 28 days of invoice.
Fees for time limited assignments are fixed and payable in advance. A full refund will be made if the assignment is cancelled more than 7 days in advance. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge will apply.
Fees for a one day mediation in the UK will normally fall within the following ranges:

In all cases, travel, accomodation and other out of pocket expenses will be charged at cost.
All charges are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate.
